All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

In rare cases, exceptions may be granted at Rosa Apparel’s sole discretion. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees and any storage fees, calculated based on the item’s weight, value, and packaging dimensions.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

• Personalized or dyed items
  
• Perishable goods
  
• Swimsuits and personal care items (including face masks)
  
• Items with tags removed or original packaging/seals opened

LOCAL RETURNS (U.S.)

Rosa Apparel accepts returns for merchandise purchased from RosaApparel.com within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.
  
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  
• Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted.
  

Refunds are issued to the original payment method at the original selling price.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Exceptions Only)

International returns are customer’s responsibility. Customers must pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

If Rosa Apparel incurs any charges due to a refused or returned international shipment, these amounts will be deducted from the refund total.
