In February 2024, Rosa Apparel was born from a simple mission: to help women find beautiful, stylish clothing at affordable prices. We ship within the U.S. only. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Orders are processed Monday–Friday and take 3–5 business days. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags attached. Approved returns may be refunded as store credit with no deduction or to the original payment method, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Formal dresses are final sale unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Our team is ready to help you choose the right size before placing your order.

Sale and final-sale items, swimwear, underwear, special-order items, and altered or personalized products cannot be returned.

Pre-Order items cannot be canceled once placed. Backordered or out-of-stock items may be canceled before shipment by contacting Customer Service. If the order ships before cancellation, standard return procedures apply.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and USDC. Charges are applied at checkout, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
