Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURN POLICY

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-returnable items include:

• Special Order Gowns
• Altered or customized items
• Swimsuits and personal care items (including face masks)
• Sales or Final sale items
• Items with tags removed or original packaging/seals opened
  

Returns (U.S. Orders)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Returned with original tags attached
• Shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return label

Returns not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Store credit refunds are issued without a restocking fee.

Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

All international sales are final and non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

If Rosa Apparel incurs charges due to a refused or returned international shipment, these amounts will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
