Shipping Policy


Standard Shipping:

3-5 business Days Free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $30.00

Processing and Shipping: 

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. We do not offer weekend shipping. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we only offer Expedited and Express shipping methods. International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

 

*Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

 

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Shipping time varies depending whether the ordered item is shipped locally or from abroad.
Shipping time for Items shipped from the U.S. is 3-5 business days.

Shipping time for Imported Items is 5-10 business days.

Customs/Import Duties EU & Other Countries:

From July 1, 2021, VAT will be charged on all commercial goods imported into the EU, regardless of value. We don't charge any import tax/vat/duty at the checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay the duty/import tax upon delivery.

Customs Duties: You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes when your item arrives. The rates for these duties vary depending on the country.

Rosa Apparel is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other additional charges that may apply.

Important Notes:

* Please keep in mind that we have no control over the parcel once it is in transit. Depending on your location, there may be delays in delivery due to factors such as customs, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

** Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, which will be identified after processing.

*** In case of package refusal, shipping and import taxes will be charged before a refund is issued.

**** Please note that all International shipments are sent DDU. All duties and taxes and brokerage fees shall be borne by the purchaser.
