Shipping Policy


Standard Shipping

3–5 business days for U.S. orders. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.


Processing and Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Processing may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Weekend shipping is not available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location.

Exclusions:

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Currently not available

  • APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses: Not available

Note: Processing may be delayed if billing information is incorrect or incomplete.

Orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout. Shipping times are measured in business days.


Free Shipping on Orders $50+

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S. Additional fees apply for 2-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping, if selected.


International Shipping (Exceptions Only)

Rosa Apparel ships primarily within the U.S. International shipping may be accommodated at Rosa Apparel’s discretion.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges.

  • Rosa Apparel is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

  • All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).


Customs/Import Duties (International Customers)

If an exception is made for international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. Rosa Apparel does not charge these fees at checkout.

Package Refusal: Any shipping and import taxes incurred are deducted from refunds.


Important Notes

  • Rosa Apparel has no control over parcels once in transit. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

  • Seasonal demand or high order volume may add 5–25 business days to processing for some orders. Not all orders are affected.
